LOGOS opens an office in Copenhagen.
This new year LOGOS got reinforcements from Denmark, when Peter Mollerup and Carsten Møllekilde joined the partnership. They have practiced law for many years in Denmark and both were partners at the law firm Johan Schluter advokatfirma.
At the Copenhagen office, we currently have in addition to Peter and Carsten three attorneys and two assistants. LOGOS in Copenhagen will mainly deal with corporate services, with emphasis on M&A, capital markets and real estate investments.
By establihing an branch in Denmark LOGOS is breaking new ground, for Carsten and Peter are the first foreign attorney´s who become partners in an Icelandic law firm, besides that LOGOS in Denmark will become the first Danish law firm to be owned by a foreign law firm.
Opening in Copenhagen is a part of LOGOS´ progressive development as a law firm, but the objective is to tend to our clients in the best way possible. We believe that our operations in Reykjavik, Copenhagen and London are more than qualified to meet with our clients needs, which increasingly have transfered part of their operations to England and Scandinavia.
The operation in Denmark will be introduced further in the next weeks, with visits to LOGOS´ clients among other things.
