Frankie Cooke


Frankie Cooke is an associate working with the corporate group in the firm’s London office. Her practice covers the full range of corporate M&A, investment and advisory work in relation to both public and private companies, including company acquisitions, cross-border mergers, disposals, joint ventures, fundraisings and restructurings. Frankie regularly advises clients on shareholders' and investment agreements and also assists clients with a broad range of commercial matters. Frankie qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2015. Before joining LOGOS, she was with US firm, Faegre Baker Daniels LLP.
